By proceeding, you agree to be bound to the terms of service and condition stated below. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you must not use the services. 

Payment

You must provide Hallie's Creations with accurate billing information in order to successfully process payment including your legal name, email address, and credit/billing information. Acceptable Use Policy

Prior to purchase, Hallie's Creations owns and watermarks the photographic images taken. Printing, digital and physical copying, taking screenshots, sharing on social media or attempting to remove Hallie's Creations watermark prior to purchase are violations of the Terms and payment for the images will be due immediately. Upon purchase, full printing, copying, and sharing rights to images will be granted.
